Northwest Geriatrics works with clients in a number of different capacities:

Medical Directorship (Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living)

We will act as a professional consultant for Policy & Procedure review, attend QI meetings and work with other providers who care for people in your facility. Best of all, when we are your medical director, we will accept all of your patient referrals. Your patients will have regular visits from your medical director. You will never be without qualified medical coverage again.

Primary Care Provider (Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living/Adult Family Homes)

We will enter into an agreement with you to provide scheduled visits to your facility to provide care to our registered patients. Best of all, when we are a primary care provider in your facility, we will accept all of your patient referrals. You will never be without qualified medical coverage again.
