At Northwest Geriatrics, senior care is our passion—and that’s what makes us unique. Our mission is to care for the elderly in the community – we care for you or your loved one at your home or facility. We establish a comprehensive care team that includes the patient, the patient’s family, and the healthcare personnel at the patient’s skilled nursing (SNF), assisted living facility (ALF), or adult family home (AFH). We work closely with these facilities to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality care.
